Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 1eeee. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any Balance in those Accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eeee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 1eeee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. 1eeee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login details. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.
1eeee is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address, and documentation relating to your payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and may lead to Account closure.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1eeee reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deduction being applied.
Deposits to your 1eeee Account may be made via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency options. All deposits are denominated and credited in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). 1eeee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. 1eeee reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has previously been used to deposit funds into your Account. 1eeee processes withdrawal requests to local Pakistani bank accounts and mobile wallets in PKR. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section.
Player funds deposited into 1eeee Accounts are held in accounts segregated from 1eeee's operational funds. This means that your Balance is protected and is not used to fund the day-to-day operations of the Platform.
From time to time, 1eeee offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and PSL-specific seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All sports bets placed on 1eeee are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports betting market, the decision of 1eeee's trading team shall be final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in Section 11.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 1eeee reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a system or pricing error. Where possible, you will be notified of any voided bet and the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.
All casino games available on the 1eeee Platform — including live dealer tables, slot machines, Mahjong Ways, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, and other sports fixtures. Odds and market availability during live events may change rapidly. 1eeee accepts no responsibility for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side during live events. All content on the 1eeee Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 1eeee or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 1eeee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 1eeee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1eeee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
1eeee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, power disruptions, regulatory interventions, or third-party payment processor downtime.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 1eeee Platform, you should first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 1eeee will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 1eeee's international licensing authority.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 1eeee is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
In summary, 1eeee collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and our KYC verification partners as required by law or our licensing obligations.
You may close your 1eeee Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 1eeee from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing fraudulent activity.
1eeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
